Connected to the brand portfolio of Adelaide’s newest not-for-profit LIGHT ADL, the impactful linework and RGB-inspired colour palette of IMMERSE creates a window to other worlds with technology, hospitality, entertainment and augmented reality colliding.
IMMERSE is a month-long celebration of the future of entertainment in Adelaide combining cutting edge technology with delightfully natural interactions to create magical moments and lasting impressions.
IMMERSE builds on an established style while opening a portal to new possibilities.
To build local awareness for IMMERSE we worked with JCDecaux to deliver outdoor advertising placements including a series of tram portraits and digital street furniture with placements all around central Adelaide.
We used a trickle-out approach with the creative to build intrigue and slowly reveal the full branding over a 6 week period.
To build hype and give event attendees a taste of the technology on show at IMMERSE we designed influencer invites with an interactive AR component that came to life when scanned by the recipient. This concept was then replicated and built upon for the AR tasting menus which were a key component of the IMMERSE experience.
The IMMERSE website was built from the ground up with a custom designed UI to show off the stunning visual content and UX to foster a seamless browsing and ticket purchase experience.
Content was a huge part of the IMMERSE launch campaign. We created content including a cinematic trailer and teaser, event video and photography and commercial photography for outdoor advertising, social media and web use.
We created and grew the IMMERSE Instagram account from the ground up with a striking mix of photography, dynamic video, and branded graphics and animation.
In the background we ran paid digital advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube to create awareness and excitement, and convert user engagement into ticket purchases.
